I know you can add money to an ATMCASH card as a money transfer instantly. Well it takes time to ship the card but then the transfer takes place instantly and you continually reload the card with the credit card. The max. you can have on the card is $2,500 at any time but once you withdraw the money, the bf can add more. Really easy

It’s not possible to send money from one credit card to another. Your boyfriend would need to take his card to an ATM and do a cash advance and then hand the cash to you. At that point you could deposit that cash and make a payment to your credit card.

You”d better not be collecting donations from other people.
That is illegal.

It is illegal to solicit donations from the public without a state-issued solicitation license.
And they only give those to properly constituted nonprofit corporations with IRS tax exempt status.

If you don’t have that, then you don’t have a “charity”.
You have a hobby.

You can be forced to return every penny that you’ve collected.
AND you can be fined $$thousands$$.
AND you can go to jail.

STOP IT.

If you want to “help a charity”, then CONTACT THE ORGANIZATION FIRST.
Talk to the Executive Director, Development Director, or Volunteer Coordinator.
They will tell you how to do it legally.

There are instructions, you just have to be specific with the charity that you wanted to give your donation. Anyway, I have been looking for help, but i don’t belong to any charitable organizations. I am an individual who wants to have a wholesale and retail second hand clothing store here in Tacloban City, Philippines. I don’t have the capital to fund the business. I have asked friends and relatives their used clothes but none confirmed yet. Is there any ways you could help me? Please reply. Thank you.

Not possible. There is no way to “tranfer money” between different credit cards and if he is an intelligent man he would know this. He needs to send you a Western Union and you will have the money within minutes.
